Jon is on the Help Desk, but his main focus is our client’s security. Jon is the person taking care of our client’s backup systems, making sure that they are all working as they should and fixing them if there are any issues. He maintains the Antivirus Portal, making sure that all the workstations are up to date with definitions and have no malware on them. He also makes sure all of our clients have the latest patches and he runs weekly and monthly reports to keep everyone informed.

His favorite things to do outside of work are hiking and listening to music. When asked what three words best describe NCI, he said “Very Family Friendly”.
