Kara Stephens

Meet our new Help Desk Technician, Kara Stephens.

Originally from Michigan, Kara graduated from the University of Southern Indiana. She came to Nashville nine years ago, but has only been with Nashville Computer for a few months. Kara’s philosophy of life is to stay positive, both at work and in life. She says getting frustrated or angry only gets in the way of whatever you are doing. So stay positive! Improving our clients work environments, by solving problems is what she likes most about work. Being new to Nashville Computer, Kara says she is surprised at the incredible talent here and at everyone’s willingness to share. In most jobs, you run across someone who wants to hoard information. That person doesn’t exist here.

When not at work, Kara’s life revolves around her talented, smart and beautiful family. Her husband is a backend programmer for a local healthcare start-up. She has a 14 year-old stepdaughter, a 4 year-old daughter and a baby son. They are active in their church and their daughter’s school. Kara and her husband love to kayak. She also likes to bake and crochet.
