Employee Spotlight – Patricia Gordon, Schedule Coordinator

Patricia Gordon

When you call in, there’s a good chance you will talk to Patricia. Among her job duties as Schedule Coordinator is dispatching engineers, handling ticket assignment, scheduling projects, scheduling equipment installs and so much more. She’s been with NCI since 2016, and her favorite aspect of the company is that we are family oriented and she truly enjoys her co-workers! She has been in this field of work for nearly a decade.

Originally from Florida, she now lives in the Spring Hill area with her sweet kids. She has two daughters: Natalie & Aspen. Outside of the office, Patricia enjoys site seeing, traveling, hanging out with her girls, and weekend road trips. She is eagerly looking forward to the mother/daughter graduation trip to Singapore set to happen in 2022! If she’s watching a movie it’s probably Marvel—they’re her favorite. We are so blessed to work with someone like Patricia – kind, willing to step in wherever she is needed, always smiling!
