Charles has been with NCI since 1991, and he is responsible for the day-to-day workflow and operations of Nashville Computer. He works closely with marketing and business development to make sure that we are reaching potential clients, and he also ensures that our clients are happy and taken care of. He is a seasoned speaker, and enjoys educating end users on the current state of cyber-crime and cyber-security. His favorite part of the job is helping clients solve problems by working with fellow team members to find solutions. When asked what three words he would use to describe NCI he chose integrity, rewarding, and family. How the team pulls together to support one another is his favorite aspect of the company as a whole. He says the most interesting job he had before Nashville Computer was being an “11C Motarman 11C20 in the Army National Guard. Firing mortars and blowing stuff up was great, and driving the tank was the most fun part of the job”. He leads Nashville Computer well, and we are grateful for him.
Charles was raised in West Tennessee, and spends the majority of his free time with his beautiful wife and two wonderful kids. Their favorite thing to do together is traveling. Charles and his family have traveled all over, including 5 of the continents! His favorite vacation was a trip around Europe. Another hobby for Charles is real estate.
