Employee Spotlight: Patricia Gordon, Schedule Coordinator

When you call in, there’s a good chance you will talk to Patricia. Among her job duties as Schedule Coordinator is dispatching engineers, handling ticket assignment, scheduling projects, scheduling equipment installs and so much more. She’s been with NCI since 2016, and her favorite aspect of the company is that we are family oriented. She has been in this field of work for nearly a decade, but before that she owned a licensed home daycare.

Originally from Florida, she now lives in the Cookeville, TN area with her sweet family. She has two daughters: Natalie & Aspen. They also have an adorable kitten that is best friends with baby Aspen. Outside of the office, Patricia enjoys site seeing, traveling, and weekend road trips. We are so blessed to work with someone like Patricia – kind, willing to step in wherever she is needed, always smiling!
