It is with great pleasure that we announce that Troy Rubert has been promoted to vCIO (Virtual Chief Information Officer). His primary responsibilities will be as an advocate and technology relationship manager for our managed clients and also as the technology manager for all of our technical, helpdesk and field staff. Congratulations to John Rawls (HelpDesk Technician) on his CompTIA Network + certification! “CompTIA Network + is a performance-based certification that helps you develop a career in IT infrastructure by validating the hands-on skills needed to troubleshoot, configure, and manage both wired and wireless networks.” We are very grateful for the time and effort John put into getting this certification so that he can better serve our clients. Dave Eckberg was hired in May as the newest member of our HelpDesk team! His prior experience in this field and his dedication to our clients’ happiness are just a couple of the reasons why we’re glad he’s a part of the team.
Goose is joining the NCI family for the summer as an intern. He’ll be helping out in all areas of the business that have to do with technology, and we’re grateful for his help this summer.
